Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. The service

UniForge takes a university project brief you provide and generates a study bundle: source code, a report, slides, diagrams, a README and viva preparation. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use UniForge.

2. Your account

You need an account to build projects. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide a working email address so we can reach you about your builds and billing.

3. Plans and payment

The free plan includes three complete builds a month at no cost, with no card required. Pro is billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the pricing page. Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment provider; Easypaisa and JazzCash payments are activated manually after you submit a transaction ID on the billing page. If a payment fails or is reversed, Pro features pause until it is resolved. For billing questions, write to billing@uniforge.tech.

4. Acceptable use and academic integrity

UniForge is a learning and revision tool. Every build ships with viva preparation so you can explain the work, and every download carries a note describing how it was made. Whether and how you may use AI assistance in coursework is decided by your institution, not by us — check your institution’s policy before you submit anything. You agree not to misrepresent who or what produced your submission where your institution requires disclosure, and not to use the service to break any law.

5. What you own

The brief you upload stays yours. The generated code and documents in your builds are yours to use, modify and submit, subject to section 4. UniForge keeps no rights over your project beyond what is needed to operate the service.

6. What we promise — and what we do not

Generated code is parsed and checked against your brief’s constraints, but no generator is perfect: builds are provided as-is, and a constraint no parser can verify is listed openly as unverifiable rather than marked as passed. We do not guarantee grades, acceptance by your institution, or uninterrupted service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can stop using UniForge at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your builds.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site; continuing to use UniForge after a change means you accept the new terms.
