UniForge is designed, built and cared for by one person, who started it because deadline week deserved better tools. There is no ticket queue here: the person who wrote the code is the person who reads your message. An idea, a problem, a question, or just to say it helped — his inbox is open, and every message gets read.

How this is handled
Questions already answered on the site — pricing, languages, what a build includes — get a reply within minutes, drawn from the same text these pages show you. Anything about a payment, an account, a refund, or academic policy is read and answered by a person. We would rather be slow than confidently wrong about your money.
Paid by Easypaisa or JazzCash?
Send the payment, then enter the transaction ID on your billing page . Activation is same-day, usually within the hour. If it has been longer than that, write to us and say so.
Prefer email?
billing@uniforge.tech reaches the same place. Account deletion requests must come from the address on the account, and are honoured within thirty days.
